Lisa’s Larder is a ‘pop up’ shop based at the beautiful location of Aubrey Farm, Keyhaven in Hampshire and is run by farmer’s wife Lisa Morgan. It all started as an outlet to process and sell her Keyhaven Lamb direct to customers, and it wasn’t long before customers where asking her to source other products, particularly meat, using her farming contacts. All stock is specially selected by Lisa and sourced as locally as possible, she remains in control of the whole “field to fork” process sourcing from trusted suppliers. Meat is slaughtered at a Dorset abattoir, appropriately matured before being cut and packaged at her on-site butchery by an experienced butcher.Morgan_Family_July_2015-19
